Any individual or organization wishing to submit a complaint, please send a letter of complaint to the NCP secretariat including the following information:

• Personal information(Name, resident registration number, address, contact information, occupation etc.)
• Name of Multinational Enterprise, specific activities and supporting evidence
• Relevant articles and activities considered to be in breach of the guidelines
• The parties related to the breach of the guidelines
• Other references related to the issue
