Addenda

	(1) (Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. (2) (Transitional Measures on Arbitration Cases in Process) Cases for which the arbitral proceedings have been in process before this Act enters into force shall be governed by the previous pertinent provisions. (3) (Transitional Measures on Designation of Commercial Arbitration Institution) The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, Incorporated Association which has been established when this Act enters into force, shall be deemed to be designated as an incorporated association conducting the commercial arbitration under the provisions of amended Article 40, and its commercial arbitration rules shall be deemed to be approved by the Chief Justice of the Korean Supreme Court under the provisions of amended Article 41.
