When parties decide to arbitrate international commercial disputes,
whether by prior agreement or after-the-fact submission,
they are completely free to stipulate whatever set of rules
that they desire to govern their arbitration process.
These rules may, without limitation, be the Rules of the KCAB,
the International Court of Arbitration of the International
Chamber of Commerce, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules,
the rules of any other recognized international arbitral organization,
or their own rules.
